Andrew is a calm, personable Behaviour Support Practitioner who works with adolescents and adults with complex support needs across SIL and community settings. He is known for building strong rapport, particularly with people who experience conflict around demands, boundaries, and expectations.
With a background in coaching, disability support, and mental health counselling, Andrew focuses on practical, evidence-based strategies that support sustainable change. He works collaboratively with participants and their support networks to build capability, reduce behaviours of concern, and improve quality of life through Positive Behaviour Support.
I am a wellbeing focused practitioner with a long standing commitment to mental health, social justice, and community resilience. My work brings together evidence based education, lived experience, and a practical understanding of what supports people to thrive across different stages of life.
I provide mental health coaching and deliver evidence based workshops that build individual and organisational capacity. My approach places prevention, self compassion, and resilience at the centre of mental health promotion, supporting children, young people, and adults to develop sustainable skills for wellbeing.
Following a recent rebrand, my services include strengths based and trauma informed psychosocial recovery support for NDIS participants, Employee Assistance Program services, wellbeing strategies, educational workshops, and career development support. I work with individuals, teams, and organisations in both one to one and group settings.
With over two decades of experience across corporate, non profit, vocational education, and consultancy environments, I bring depth in case management, program and project management, disability and mental health, training design, advocacy, and policy development. I have also designed, delivered, and led community based initiatives and advanced youth coaching programs across NSW and the ACT.
I am known as a motivational and engaging educator and a trusted social welfare practitioner. My practice is compassionate, person centred, and trauma informed. I value diversity, connection, and lifelong learning, and I feel privileged to listen to people’s stories and support them as they create meaningful and lasting change.
